has put the Los Angeles mansion she shared with and their children back on the market for $17 million, nine months after his death in England. The 73-year-old listed the home on April 6.

The 11,565-square-foot property, built in the 1930s, has seven bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. Sharon and Ozzy bought it in 2015 for $11.85 million, after first trying to sell it in 2022 for $18 million and then $17.5 million before taking it off the market.

The asking price lands the home in a familiar place for a couple that spent years restoring it to its 1920s glory. The mansion was also the backdrop for the documentary Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home, and the listing leans hard on that work, saying it was “situated behind tall gates for maximum privacy” and had been “meticulously restored with attention to detail and craftsmanship rarely found today.” It also says the restorations kept the historical architecture while lifting the house “to a level of epic glamour with all the modern luxuries of today.”

The property includes a living room, grand entrance foyer, formal dining room, wood paneled library and spaces for staff or a home office. The kitchen opens to the family room, breakfast room and an outdoor dining area with a pizza oven and barbecue, while the movie theater includes signatures from , and .

The sale comes after the Osbournes had been associated with a relocation back to the U.K., and after reports that Sharon and Ozzy were living in Buckinghamshire when he died in July 2025 at 76 from coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease. The mansion is not the Beverly Hills home where the family filmed their reality series, but it remains one of the clearest markers of the couple’s California life. With the house back on the market and Ozzy gone, the question is no longer whether the Osbournes will return to it. They have already moved on.
