Sharon Osbourne has put the Los Angeles mansion she shared with Ozzy Osbourne and their children back on the market for $17 million, nine months after the rock star died in England. The listing went live on April 6.
The seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home was bought by the Osbournes in 2015 for $11.85 million and had already been through a stop-start sales effort in 2022. It first went up then for $18 million, was later cut to $17.5 million, and eventually came off the market.
The 11,565-square-foot property was built in the 1930s and sits behind tall gates, according to the listing description, which calls it “meticulously restored” with “attention to detail and craftsmanship rarely found today.” Public rooms on the main level include a living room, grand entrance foyer, formal dining room, wood paneled library and areas suitable for staff or a home office. The chef's kitchen opens to the family room, breakfast room and an outdoor dining area with a pizza oven and barbecue.

The home also carries a more personal imprint. It was used as the backdrop for the couple’s documentary, “Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home,” and the movie theater includes signatures from Elvis Presley, Mel Tormé and Natalie Wood. Sharon Osbourne, 73, and Ozzy were said to be living in Buckinghamshire when he died at 76 from coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease in July 2025.
The house is less famous than the Osbournes’ former Beverly Hills property, where they filmed their MTV reality series, but its return to the market turns the sale into a clean break from the life they built around it. With Ozzy gone and the family already based in Buckinghamshire, the listing suggests Sharon is done waiting for a better moment and ready to sell now.
