General Hospital spoilers for Monday, April 13, 2026, say Willow takes another shocking step as Nina faces an impossible choice. Elsewhere, Justine tips Sonny off with urgent intel after an intense run-in with Sidwell, while Ric breaks news to Alexis about Danny’s latest move.
Nina’s position was already fraught on Friday, when she told her daughter she was in a tough spot and said she needed Valentin’s whereabouts from Charlotte or the footage incriminating Willow would be released. She also warned that if she did not get the intel before another contact did, the video that should have been released during Willow’s trial would go out, leaving her trapped between Willow and Charlotte with no clean exit.
That pressure lands against a much darker pattern around Willow, whose own defense for her behavior is that she is doing it to stay in her children’s lives. The source of the spoilers links that claim to earlier acts that included shooting Drew in the back twice, gaslighting Sasha and causing her husband’s locked-in status so she could get revenge and stay in full control. Monday’s step suggests that cycle is not slowing down.

Justine’s day turns urgent after she runs into Sidwell, who continues to blame Sonny for Marco’s death and even wonders whether Jordan’s accident was really an accident. Justine calls Sonny and tells him they need to meet after Sidwell gets on the elevator, giving Sonny fresh reason to pay attention to whatever is moving underneath the surface.
Ric’s conversation with Alexis brings a separate problem into focus. Sonny asked Ric to tell Alexis that Danny had approached him about working with him to get back at the WSB for what they have done to his dad, and Ric is the one bringing that news to her. Sonny and Alexis are said to be in a good place, and Ric and Alexis are civil, but Danny’s latest move still adds another layer of trouble.

At the reopening of Charlie’s Pub, Gio gets on stage twice and impresses Emma again, with the two seeming closer than ever. Brook Lynn is alarmed, though, and she drives to the pub after having a good amount of wine, setting up yet another uneasy turn in a night that is already running hot.
Jordan’s crash remains the unresolved thread hanging over all of it. She swerved to miss someone on Route 91 that night, but it is still unknown who that was, and Sidwell’s questions only keep that mystery alive. For Monday, the clearest answer is that the pressure on several people is no longer building in the background; it is breaking into the open.
