Coachella 2027 dates announced? Not yet. But prediction markets are already putting Olivia Rodrigo at the front of the pack to headline the desert festival, giving her a 53% chance of landing atop the bill.
The ranking matters because Coachella remains one of the clearest tests of pop momentum, and Rodrigo is coming off a run that already made her hard to ignore. She headlined Glastonbury and Lollapalooza in 2025, then turned up for a surprise appearance during Addison Rae’s Coachella 2026 set. She is also slated to release her third album, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, in June 2026, a release window that could keep her name in the center of the conversation heading into 2027.
BTS sits next in the market at 34%, helped by a 2026 comeback that included the album Arirang and the Netflix concert BTS The Comeback Live | Arirang. Billie Eilish follows at 29%. She already made history in 2022 as the youngest artist ever to headline Coachella at 20 years old, and she again had a festival moment in 2026 when she joined Bieber onstage for One Less Lonely Girl during his final Coachella set.
Stray Kids are listed at 23%, a nod to the group’s rise since forming in 2018 and selling more than 31 albums globally. Olivia Dean rounds out the top five at 18%, buoyed by the fact that she performed at Coachella in 2024 and then broke through a year later with singles including Man I Need and So Easy (To Fall in Love).
The 2026 festival featured Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber and Karol G as headliners, which is part of why the 2027 conversation is already tilting toward artists with recent global touring traction and clear festival history. The missing piece is the official lineup itself, which has not been announced. For now, the market has spoken, and Rodrigo is the name with the strongest early pull.
