have announced that their seventh album, , will arrive June 26, and they marked the news by sending cassettes of a new song, “Going Shopping,” to 100 people who had agreed to hand over a mailing address. The release gives the band a fresh push around a record that was produced by in Costa Rica and completed around the world, with cover art by that incorporates ’s 1989 painting “Untitled (Cowboy).” Official audio for “Going Shopping” arrived on 4/7, and the song is a sharp contrast to the more energetic pulse of 2021’s The New Abnormal. The rollout also shows how the band is choosing to meet fans this time around.
