Kroy Biermann was spotted getting a little too friendly with Jillian Green, the ex-wife of Kyle Mowitz, during a three-hour trek in Alpharetta, Georgia, over the weekend before publication. The pictures shared by TMZ showed Biermann and Green smiling and hugging as they spent time together.
The sighting lands while Biermann’s former wife, Kim Zolciak, remains tied to Mowitz through a separate but increasingly tangled divorce fight. Zolciak began dating Kyle Mowitz in the spring of 2025, after she and Biermann, who were married from 2011 until their 2023 separation, had already been apart for years.
The legal stakes around that relationship were laid out in March court documents, when Zolciak agreed to a request from Green’s attorneys to be questioned under oath. The transcript from that deposition would not be publicized or available to third parties. Under the agreement, Zolciak would answer questions about money, gifts or loans she may have received from Mowitz, and she would turn over communications with him and any documents tied to gifts he gave her.
Her attorney argued the request was unnecessary because his client’s relationship with Green’s ex-husband started after their separation. There have been no reports or claims that Zolciak and Mowitz had an affair while they were still married to other partners.
That explanation has not kept the dispute from spreading. Mowitz and Green were reportedly married for seven years, from 2017 until 2025, before becoming embroiled in a $100M divorce battle. Zolciak’s relationship with Mowitz has since become part of those proceedings, putting her personal life into the middle of someone else’s legal fight.
The backdrop to all of it is a long-running breakup that has never really gone quiet. Zolciak and Biermann share six children, including her two older daughters, whom Biermann adopted, and they have remained entangled in divorce drama long after their split. Last October, that drama took another turn when TMZ reported that Green said in her deposition that Biermann had contacted her about Zolciak.
According to that testimony, Biermann allegedly told Green that Zolciak would drain money from Mowitz, had put grocery deliveries from Instacart on his credit card and was a narcissist with a gambling problem. Green also said she met Biermann at her cousin’s house to avoid the paparazzi and that they only met on that occasion. The latest photos do not prove what comes next in either divorce, but they do show how thoroughly the two breakups have crossed into one another: a private split, a public court battle and now a new set of images that will almost certainly keep the names in the same headlines a while longer.
