Sienna Miller has welcomed her third baby, and she confirmed the news in an exclusive interview while describing life at home as sleepless and joyful. “It’s happened,” the 44-year-old said, adding, “I have a tiny baby next door” and that she was “on very little sleep” but “madly in love” with her newborn.
The baby is her second child with boyfriend Oli Green. Miller had confirmed late last year that she was pregnant with her third child, and she later said the arrival had changed the rhythm of an already full household. She described life as a blended family of five, with the new addition joining her 13-year-old daughter Marlowe, whom she shares with ex Tom Sturridge, and the couple’s other daughter, who is 2. Miller has not publicly shared the younger child’s name.
The arrival gives fresh personal context to a year that has already been busy for Miller professionally. She is set to play M16 officer Emma Marlowe in Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan: Ghost War, which is due on Prime Video on May 20. In a separate interview about the project, John Krasinski said the part had been written for Miller, underscoring how closely the role was tailored to her.
Miller said she loved the work and found the character unlike anything she had done before, calling Emma Marlowe unapologetic, tough, bold, brave, funny and cool. Krasinski said he did not know whether the film would have happened if Miller had turned it down, and said he was lucky to get someone he considered one of the best actors working — and one of the funniest. He added that being in “pressure cooker situations” and laughing through stunts made the set easier to endure.
For Miller, the immediate focus is not the release date or the publicity push. It is the baby next door, the little sleep, and the family of five she now says she is living inside. The question now is whether the crowd around her personal life will finally persuade her eldest to watch her work; Miller joked that she was “couldn’t be less interested” in her career and hoped that being called Agent Marlowe might hook her daughter in at last.
