Josh Johnson has added a third Cincinnati show after the first two performances sold out, giving fans another chance to catch him at the Taft Theatre on Aug. 2.
Two shows set for Aug. 1 are already sold out, and tickets for the added date are on sale through Ticketmaster and the Taft Theatre box office. The new performance comes as Johnson continues his 2025-26 FLOWERS Tour, which has already produced multiple sold-out runs across North America.
Johnson has built that demand while working as a writer and correspondent for The Daily Show and as a rotating host and correspondent on Comedy Central’s Emmy and Peabody Award-winning program. He is also an Emmy-nominated writer, stand-up comedian, actor and NAACP award-winner, with more than 10 million followers across social media and YouTube views that have topped more than a half billion worldwide. WIRED recently called him “the funniest guy on the internet.”
The added Cincinnati date is a straightforward signal of how quickly Johnson’s live shows are moving. The first two nights sold out, so the new Aug. 2 performance was added to meet demand, and the run now gives local audiences one more chance to see a comic whose online reach has turned into sustained theater sales.
For Cincinnati fans, the answer is already clear: the show expanded because the seats disappeared, and the added date is Aug. 2 at the Taft Theatre.
