Brianne Howey announced on Sunday that she and her husband, Matt Ziering, are expecting their second child together. The actress shared the news in an Instagram post that showed her in a bright yellow strapless dress, cradling her baby bump in a mirror selfie.
“Here we grow again💛,” Howey wrote, adding, “Happy Mother’s Day!” The pregnancy makes baby No. 2 for Howey and Ziering, who married in 2021 after several years together and welcomed their first child, a daughter, in June 2023.
The response from fellow actors and fans was immediate. Taylor Lautner left heart hands emojis in the comments, while Chelsea Clark wrote, “Wow congrats!!!!!” and Antonia Gentry posted a line of emotional emojis. One fan joked, “Perfect timing considering the fact that georgia is pregnant too!!”
The timing drew extra attention because Howey stars in the Netflix series “Ginny & Georgia,” where fans were already talking about the character Georgia’s pregnancy. On Mother’s Day, though, the real-life announcement was the one that mattered most: Howey is about to become a mother of two.
