Glenn Injury Law says not every accident victim needs a lawyer, and in some straightforward cases, hiring one can slow things down instead of speeding a settlement. The Brentwood, Tennessee, firm laid out that view in an article published April 6, 2026, as it argued that personal injury attorneys add the most value when the facts, injuries or insurance fight become harder to untangle.
Craig Glenn, the firm’s lead attorney, said that if someone has minor injuries, no ongoing medical treatment and a straightforward insurance process, bringing in a lawyer can sometimes complicate what could have been resolved quickly. Mercedes Baker, another attorney at the firm, said people often trust that insurance companies will handle things fairly, but delays, disputes and undervalued claims are more common than most expect, especially in cases involving serious injuries.
That distinction is the core of the firm’s message. Glenn Injury Law is positioning itself as a place that does not urge every injured person into a legal fight. Instead, it is arguing that legal guidance becomes significantly more important when injuries are serious, liability is disputed or insurance companies make the claim process difficult to navigate.

The firm said its approach is rooted in transparency, a theme that matches the advice it is giving people on the fence about whether to call a lawyer at all. Glenn put it plainly: “Our job isn’t just to take cases.” He said, “It’s to help people make the right decision.” And when representation is needed, he said, “And when they do need us, we’re ready to step in and protect their interests.”

That leaves the real pressure point in place. The firm’s view may spare some people from unnecessary legal fees and extra steps, but it also asks injured people to judge early whether their claim is truly simple or whether the insurance process is already becoming a problem. In those harder cases, the company says, the better choice is to get help before delays and low offers have done the damage.
