Klaviyo and Canva have expanded their integration, giving marketers a way to design campaigns in Canva and then execute, segment and automate them directly inside klaviyo. The move deepens a tie-up that was already among Klaviyo’s most widely used integrations, with more than 1 in 5 customers connected to Canva.

The partnership lands in the middle of a broader push by Klaviyo to move beyond marketing automation. The company has been rolling out AI-first products including Conversational Agent, Helpdesk and analytics, and the article said those tools could widen its addressable market into broader B2C CRM and customer service. In that view, the Canva integration is less a standalone feature than another sign that Klaviyo is trying to turn its platform into a fuller operating system for customer communication.
The strain in the story is that the same expansion that could widen the opportunity also brings fresh risks. Higher infrastructure and messaging costs could weigh on margins, and newer products such as Helpdesk and Customer Hub may fail to gain traction.
