says his life has moved from chasing trophies to chasing people in pain. Speaking about his faith and his foundation work, Tebow said God called him away from the goal of being the best athlete and toward what he now calls a more important MVP: the most vulnerable people.

“I think sometimes in life, we mistake our platform for our purpose,” Tebow said, adding that his athletic aim was once to “try to be the best” and “maybe even an MVP.” He said that changed when, in his words, God told him, “I have a more important MVP for you to chase,” and that “the one He wants me to chase is the most vulnerable people.”

The says its mission is to “bring Faith, Hope and Love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need.” Its work spans anti-human trafficking and child exploitation efforts, orphan care, medical needs and service for people with special needs. Tebow said his belief in that mission is rooted in a simple obligation: if people have heard the good news of the gospel, he said, they should tell others about it.

That shift from stadium lights to service is the thread running through Tebow’s public life now. He said he has spent a lot of time chasing championships, awards and MVP honors, but that God opened his eyes and called him to care for and love Jesus’ “Most Vulnerable People” in the world. He described that calling as a direct answer to the question of what matters most when success stops being measured by a scoreboard.

Faith also shaped his work on “,” a project he said he and others did not know would have a place in the world when they first had the idea. Tebow said the cross is no longer a tool of torture but a symbol that points to a Savior, and said the book was meant to help people remember that truth and think not only about what happened on the cross, but who it happened to: “The Carpenter. The King. The Son of God. The One who still gives life today.”

He also pointed to , saying: “You are going to have trials or tribulations, but take heart…choose courage.” For Tebow, that message now sits above the game, the awards and the old language of greatness. The work ahead is not about another title. It is about whether his platform can keep serving the people he says God put in front of him.
