For tonight's hull vs coventry at the MKM Stadium, Frank Lampard has shuffled his pack — four changes in all, one forced after Bobby Thomas picked up a knock at Derby on Good Friday.
Thomas's absence opens the door for Joel Latibeaudiere to slot back into the centre of defence alongside Liam Kitching. Milan van Ewijk and Jay Dasilva remain the full-backs, with Carl Rushworth starting in goal. Midfield sees the familiar holding duo of Matt Grimes and Frank Onyeka, while Tatsuhiro Sakamoto is again used on the right.
On the left, Ephron Mason-Clark comes in for Romain Esse, who drops to the bench, and Victor Torp replaces Josh Eccles in the number 10 role. Up front Haji Wright makes a straight swap with Ellis Simms to lead the line.
There’s still no sign yet of Brandon Thomas-Asante as he continues to recover from a hamstring problem suffered at Swansea before the international break. Jack Rudoni is listed among the substitutes as he works his way back from a calf injury; other options on the bench include Ellis Simms, Romain Esse and Jahnoah Markelo.
Projected City XI: Carl Rushworth; Milan van Ewijk, Joel Latibeaudiere, Liam Kitching, Jay Dasilva; Frank Onyeka, Matt Grimes; Tatsuhiro Sakamoto, Victor Torp, Ephron Mason-Clark; Haji Wright.
