will have two of its highest-rated 2027 commits in Athens on Saturday for , with five-star running back and five-star cornerback expected in town for the spring showcase. The visit list also includes five-star 2028 defensive lineman and four-star Prattville, Alabama defensive back , giving Georgia another chance to put its recruiting pitch in front of some of its biggest future targets.

Spell, the nation’s No. 1 running back prospect, committed to Georgia in early February and has not visited any other schools since then. Wright, the nation’s No. 2 cornerback prospect and a California native, is the Georgia commit most talked about as a possible flip candidate to Oregon or Miami. His presence on Saturday matters because Georgia is using G-Day as more than a spring football event; it is a recruiting stage built to keep elite commits close and to bring the next wave of prospects into Athens.

Hall will be in the West End Zone stands for G-Day, returning after what he described as an impactful visit for a home game last fall. Known as “Big Dawg” in his circle, the Kentucky standout said the spring trip is about learning how Georgia coaches teach and seeing how they handle schemes and concepts. He also said Georgia got his attention early in the recruiting process, which is why he wanted to make the trip.

Aparicio-Bailey will make his second straight G-Day visit, and this time he says he will be more comfortable at the place. Last year, he said, he was new and building relationships. Now, he said, he is going in with all of those relationships already in place. Georgia views the Prattville defender as a future cornerback, and he said he has seen everything from Georgia and is looking forward to spending time in the stadium, taking in the atmosphere and culture. He added that he will be enjoying his time there.

The weekend is not limited to Saturday’s crowd, either. Georgia is hosting Virginia four-star offensive lineman on an official visit this weekend, and Jones was already in Athens on Friday morning. Colorado three-star interior offensive lineman Reis Russell is also visiting. Beyond that, dozens of unranked recruits from the Classes of 2029 and 2030 are expected in Athens on Saturday, along with at least one invited Georgia recruiting guest from the Class of 2031.

For Georgia, the value of G-Day is simple: bring the commits back, keep the classes around them engaged and show the younger visitors what the program looks like in person. The only real question is whether the same weekend that helps cement one class also becomes the kind of stop that changes the next one.
