Chevrolet has confirmed pricing for the 2027 Corvette lineup, and the new Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport will start at $88,495. The Grand Sport X will open at $112,195, while dealers begin taking orders for most of the lineup as early as April 16.
The pricing confirms two new trim names are joining a Corvette range that already stretches from the base Stingray to the ZR1X, with the Grand Sport positioned well above the Stingray but below the high-end performance cars. Chevrolet also said the Grand Sport X will go on sale sometime this summer.
The numbers matter because they set the cost of entry for buyers who have been waiting for the next step up from the standard car. A hardtop convertible version of either Grand Sport adds $7,000 to the base price, and a non-track performance package for the Grand Sport costs $3,500. That package includes Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires and performance brakes from the Z06, a sign that Chevrolet is leaning on hardware already tied to its faster variants rather than creating an entirely separate parts list.
Chevrolet confirmed the prices to Car and Driver after full-lineup pricing first surfaced on a Corvette Forum. The company said the figures were “accurate to C/D,” ending the uncertainty around where the new trims would land. The Grand Sport and Grand Sport X are framed as additions to the 2027 lineup, and they arrive alongside price increases elsewhere in the range.
At the top end, the 2027 Corvette ZR1 starts at $197,195, up $9,700 from the 2026 model’s $187,495. The 2027 Corvette ZR1X starts at $227,395, up from $212,195. The base 2027 Stingray starts at $73,495, an increase of $1,000 from last year, and the 2027 Z06 starts at $121,395, up $1,700 from its 2026 price of $119,695.
That leaves the Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport as the headline for buyers looking for a new middle ground in the lineup: expensive enough to feel serious, but far below the six-figure ZR1 and ZR1X territory. With orders opening April 16 and the Grand Sport X due this summer, Chevrolet has now put a price on exactly where that middle ground begins.
