Aaron Wiggins scored 13 points Friday in Oklahoma City's 127-107 loss to the Nuggets, stepping back into the starting lineup for the first time since the Thunder beat Brooklyn 121-92 on March 18.
Wiggins went 5 of 11 from the field, 2 of 6 from 3-point range and 1 of 2 from the line in 25 minutes. He also finished with three rebounds, three assists and three steals, a useful line for a team that was down most of its routine starters.
For Oklahoma City, the loss was less about the final margin than about another look at how its rotation can hold together when the usual pieces are missing. The Thunder are getting ready for what they hope will be another deep postseason push, and Wiggins could see more action through the end of the regular season.

But the 27-year-old likely will not get the same scoring chances or the same steady playing time in the playoffs if everyone stays healthy. That makes Friday a preview of his value now and a reminder of how much the rotation can tighten when the games matter most.
