Wyatt Langford left the Rangers’ game against the Los Angeles Dodgers on April 10, 2026, after being replaced by Ezequiel Duran in the bottom of the sixth inning. He exited with right quad tightness.
Before leaving, Langford was 1-for-3 and had hit his first home run of the season. DraftKings Network reported, “Wyatt Langford has exited the game with right quad tightness.”
The update came as a live injury note from DraftKings Network, which said there was no mention of when or how the injury occurred. Langford also was not eligible for DraftKings’ Early Exit program because he had at least two at-bats, leaving the move to Duran as a straight substitution rather than a scoring caveat.

For Texas, the immediate concern is the right quad, not the homer. Langford had given the Rangers a lift before coming out, and the only question that matters now is how much the injury lingers after a night that started with his first long ball of 2026 and ended with him walking off the field.
