Ford is adding a new Carhartt package to the 2027 Super Duty XLT crew-cab truck, giving the heavy-duty pickup a workwear-themed look and a few jobsite-minded extras. The Ford Carhartt Truck package is exclusive to XLT crew-cab models and goes on sale with the rest of the 2027 Super Duty lineup.
The package is mostly an appearance upgrade, but it is not just a sticker set. It can be ordered with either the gas-fed 7.3-liter V-8 or the Power Stroke diesel 6.7-liter V-8, and every version comes standard with four-wheel drive, a spray-in bedliner and Ford's Premium Package. The 7.3-liter engine makes 430 horsepower and 485 pound-feet of torque, while the diesel can be set up for either 475 hp and 1,050 pound-feet or 500 hp and 1,200 pound-feet.
Outside, the truck gets reflective Carhartt logos on the fenders, textured graphics along the body sides and tailgate, a Carhartt logo on the back of the cab and special 20-inch wheels inspired by manhole covers near Carhartt's flagship store in Detroit. Ford also adds LED roof markers and clearance lamps, LED reflectors, LED fog lights and a high-mounted LED center brake light on the rear of the cab.
Inside, the theme continues with Carhartt's triple stitch on the door panels, plus Carhartt-inspired trim for the center console lid, map pockets and headrests. Rubber all-weather floormats carry Carhartt branding, and buyers can pair the package with the FX4 Off-Road package.
The Ford-Carhartt partnership is being sold as a blend of practicality and dependability, and the price reflects that premium branding: the Carhartt configuration adds $4,195 on top of the XLT base price. It is a straightforward proposition for buyers who want a tougher-looking Super Duty without moving away from the truck's work-focused roots.
