Kylie Jenner Sued by former housekeeper over harassment, wage claims

By Brandon Hayes May 1, 2026

sued on Wednesday, accusing the reality TV star, her company and household staff supervisors of racial discrimination, harassment and wage violations in a lawsuit that says the abuse escalated over several years of work in Jenner’s home.

Soto, who began working for Jenner in May 2019, filed the case against Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor , and . She alleges meal and rest breaks were withheld for the first few years of her employment, then says the situation worsened in late 2023 when Sibrian became her direct supervisor. In the complaint, Soto says Sibrian mocked and humiliated her over her accent, immigration status and race, and called her stupid before she complained to Human Resources in 2024.

The lawsuit says Sibrian was removed briefly after that complaint, then reinstated. Soto alleges the retaliation that followed included a cut in her hourly wage, unreasonable workloads and schedule changes. She also says she was threatened with firing if she did not stay late on her birthday, and that she missed her own surprise party because she had to remain for a dinner for Kylie. The complaint names and as housekeeping supervisors who took over leadership roles in late 2024 and says the mistreatment continued under them.

Soto says she was denied enough time off to grieve after her brother died suddenly and was told to report to work immediately after his death. She alleges coworkers whispered that she was lying about the death and forced her to pick up trash they intentionally threw on the ground. She also says she was harassed when she asked for time off to attend her brother’s funeral Mass.

In April 2025, Soto says she wrote a long letter to Jenner and placed it on her massage bed before a massage. In that letter, she wrote, “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused,” and added, “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.” She alleges that the next day she was threatened with termination and told never to contact Jenner again.

The lawsuit says she was later told she was no longer allowed to look at Kylie, smile at Kylie and, if she saw Kylie, she would have to disappear. A representative for Jenner declined to comment and said Jenner had not yet seen the lawsuit. The case comes one week after another woman on Jenner’s cleaning staff sued her, adding to a broader dispute over the treatment of household workers around the star’s home.

Soto’s suit does not only ask the court to weigh one supervisor’s conduct. It places Jenner’s household practices, the companies staffing the home and the handling of staff complaints under the same scrutiny, and it does so with claims that stretch from May 2019 through this spring.
