Leann Rimes Cancelled Performances: Two Tour Dates Rescheduled After Illness

By Olivia Spencer Apr 30, 2026

canceled two concert dates on her 30 Years of Tour after saying a severe illness left her unable to travel and perform this week. In an Instagram Story on April 29, she said the upcoming shows in Spokane and Seattle would be rescheduled.

The Spokane concert has been moved to May 31 and the Seattle show to June 2. Rimes said she was “truly heartbroken” to reschedule, but thanked fans for their kindness and support as she recovers.

Rimes had already signaled how hard the week had been. On April 28, she said she did not know exactly what she had and called it “brutal,” adding that she had not left the bed. She also posted a photo of herself under the covers with three boxes of tissues nearby, a stark image that matched the tone of her update.

The canceled dates are part of a tour built around the 30th anniversary of Blue, the album that helped define her career. The illness has now pushed those dates back as she remains off the road, and fans in both cities will wait until early summer for the shows to go ahead.

The setback also lands against a more personal backdrop. On April 23, Rimes said she and had stepped away for three days amid “very tense, heart wrenching things happening at home with family,” and the singer has been marking their 15th anniversary with notes about tears, worry and gratitude. For now, the answer to the immediate question is simple: the concerts are off for this week, and they are set to return on May 31 and June 2 if her recovery holds.
