Jessica Biel has reportedly told Justin Timberlake she will leave him if he does not clean up his act, after a new report said she has had enough of his recent behavior. The claim, published by the Daily Mail, says the 44-year-old actor issued an ultimatum after a 2024 DWI arrest and a trip to Las Vegas to host the 8AM Invitational golf tournament.
Two eyewitnesses told Page Six that Timberlake appeared to be intoxicated toward the end of the day at the April 18 event, adding fresh scrutiny to a year in which his conduct has already drawn headlines. An insider quoted by the Daily Mail said there is not much more Biel can take and warned that if he messes up again, she will pull the trigger.
The source said Timberlake is rarely home, even though he wrapped up his world tour last July, and added that Biel does everything with the children and is sick of being publicly embarrassed. Another insider told Page Six that the couple is working through it, saying their marriage has not been perfect and that the attention around Timberlake and his schedule has made things more difficult, but that the situation is not close to a breaking point.

He later apologized for what he called a “strong lapse in judgment” and said “nothing happened” between them.
