The Minnesota Vikings are adding Georgia wide receiver Dillon Bell after the 2026 NFL Draft wrapped up, with the team reportedly signing undrafted free agents Saturday evening. Bell will join a receiver room that Minnesota continued to reshape after making nine selections in the draft.
Bell brings a wide-ranging college résumé to Minnesota. The 6-foot-0, 210-pound receiver spent four seasons at Georgia, where he finished with 119 catches for 1,269 yards and 11 touchdowns. He also handled work out of the backfield, rushing 51 times for 373 yards and five scores. In that span, Bell started and ended his college career at Georgia while serving as an offensive weapon for the Bulldogs.
For the Vikings, the move fits a pattern they have leaned on before. After drafting nine players, they turned to undrafted free agents and added Bell to a group that has recently included success stories such as Ivan Pace Jr., Gabriel Murphy, Dwight McGlothern and Taki Taimani. The approach gives Minnesota another chance to find a contributor without spending a draft pick, and Bell arrives with the kind of versatility that can make a roster decision more difficult than it looks on paper.
What matters next is whether Bell can turn that Georgia production into a role in Minnesota once the offseason work begins. The draft is over, but the Vikings are still building, and Bell is now part of the push.
