Keldric Faulk goes to Eagles in community mock draft at No. 23

By Kevin Mitchell Apr 24, 2026

The took Auburn edge rusher with the No. 23 pick in the 2026 SB Nation NFL community mock draft, giving Philadelphia a name to circle as it looks for another pass rusher.

Faulk, 21, had seven sacks in 2024 and entered the draft conversation as the No. 20 prospect on ’s 2026 NFL Draft Consensus Big Board. described him as a long, developing frame with good movement skills and the potential to fit odd or even fronts once he adds more muscle. Zierlein also said Faulk is a culture player with high character who earns a bump because of his age, traits and advanced foundation, but still needs polish before his ceiling shows up in full. He turns 21 in September.

The fit lines up with a clear need in Philadelphia. The Eagles tried to re-sign before getting priced out of his market, and they also reportedly had interest in trading for , who is said to be seeking a new contract. That leaves the edge spot in play as the Eagles work through the draft and the market.

There is also a catch: Philadelphia may prefer to trade up for an offensive tackle rather than stay at No. 23, and Faulk may not even make it that far. There is talk he could go at No. 20 to the , which would put a division rival in front of the Eagles if the board falls that way. For Philadelphia, the mock pick points to the same thing the rest of the offseason has: the need is real, and the answer may have to come from a move no one can fully predict yet.

If the Eagles stay put, Faulk would be a younger, developmental swing with a profile that matches the kind of edge help teams spend months chasing in the spring. If they do not, the search for a pass rusher will keep running through the same names until someone blinks first.
