By Brandon Hayes Apr 22, 2026

has revealed the full cast of Drag Race All Stars 11, and the competition returns Friday, May 8, with its first two episodes. The new season brings back 18 fan-favorite queens and uses the Tournament of All Stars format, splitting the cast into three groups of six.

The format is built to move fast. Each group will compete across three episodes, and the two queens with the most points from each bracket will advance to the semi-finals. From there, the finalists will take on another round of challenges before the season ends with a Lip Sync Smackdown for the Crown grand finale episode, where the winner will claim $200,000 and a place in the Drag Race Hall of Fame.

The cast spans multiple seasons of the franchise, with returning after Season 11 and All Stars 6; , from Season 6; , from Season 15; , a finalist from Season 12; and Hershii Liqcour-Jeté from Season 16; and Jasmine Kennedie from Season 14. The season also comes with a new run of , which premieres with two episodes on the same day.

What makes this return notable is not just the size of the cast but the structure around it. The Tournament of All Stars format turns the season into a series of short, high-stakes brackets, leaving little room for anyone to coast. That setup makes the first two episodes on May 8 more than a simple launch: they begin a race in which only six queens can survive the opening rounds and reach the semifinals.

For the returning queens, the goal is plain. is a shot at the crown, the Hall of Fame, and a $200,000 prize, and the season's format is designed to make every point count from the opening runway onward.
