Myse Stock Holds Nasdaq Ticker as Myseum.AI Rebrands on April 15

By Jennifer Walsh Apr 16, 2026

Myseum, Inc. said on April 15, 2026, that it is now operating as Myseum.AI, Inc., while Myse stock will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker MYSE. The company’s new name matches a broader push into privacy-first AI tools for secure digital sharing and storage.

The rebrand matters because Myseum.AI is trying to define itself not just as a social media company, but as a privacy-focused AI developer built around personal control of photos, videos and messages. Its flagship platform, , is already available in the iOS app store and Google Play store, with a desktop version expected later in 2026.

At the center of the company’s pitch is an agentic, localized AI system that helps users manage personal media without sending their information to other social platforms. Myseum.AI says the technology is designed to preserve data integrity and encryption, a promise that is increasingly central to how the company describes its business. It also operates , which lets users set how long messages can be viewed, delete messages or whole conversations after sending, block screenshots and protect encrypted content stored on devices.

Myseum.AI said its core platform will combine proprietary privacy-first AI with secure messaging and social tools built on patented technology and proprietary software. That positioning has become the company’s main selling point as it tries to stand out in a crowded market where most apps are built to collect and move user data, not fence it off. In a statement, said the company is continuing its commitment to innovation in secure digital media through privacy-first user platforms, and added that the new name reflects the AI-based technology securing its multi-tiered social media ecosystem.

The company was formerly DatChat Inc. before operating as Myseum, Inc. and now Myseum.AI, Inc. The question for investors is not whether the branding has changed; it is whether the new identity, the MYSE ticker and the privacy pitch can help the company turn a niche product set into a larger business before the desktop version of Picture Party arrives later this year.
